#1 Terminal Strips - Simplified View

Good Evening,

Is it possible to create a simplified terminal strip view without the connection text either side?

Thank you!

Hmmm...

Thanks for posting on the forum.

You could disconnect all the elements from the terminal strip list view. Or, we supposed you could draw rectangles (colour filled) over those parts to hide them.

May we ask what is the motivation behind doing this?

Hope this helps. Thanks.

Thank you Jeff,

Thank you Jeff,

The below image demonstrates what I am trying to achieve. Its to assist the installation engineers when connecting up the field wiring to the panel.

Could you advise on how to disconnect all the elements from the terminal strip list view after all please. I’m not overly happy with the look of rectangles over the text!!

Thank you.

Sure

Sure. This tutorial at 4:15 will show you exactly how. Please note that if you want to generate detailed terminal strip lists or layouts that include what terminal is connected to what, disconnecting everything may put you in a Catch22 scenario. If you're not interested in detailed terminal strip lists or layouts, then we don't think you have anything to worry about.

Could you tell/show us? Maybe we could help.
