Is there a way to show bubbles on sheets that point to parts that referance the BOM parts that have already been assigned, I know i have been able to do this is other software but dont see an option for it here.

Thanks for posting on the forum.
We are currently working on automating such a process. Beside a panel layout on a sheet, it will be possible to display a BOM specific to the panel, and have SkyCAD auto-generate item bubbles around the panel layout. But this is planned for later this year.
Until then, you have to use the generic BOM and place item bubbles manually.
