This is strange.  Could you make a package of your project and attach it to a reply?  We'll take a look at what's going on.

Unfortunately, something went wrong while packaging the project, and we can not open it.

The other alternative is to make a ZIP of your environment and upload it here.  This topic will show you where you can find the environment folder.

Unfortunately, you did not zip the right files.  We need you to make a ZIP of your SkyCAD Environment.  As mentionned in our previous response, this topic will show you how to find out where your environment folder is located.

Thanks for uploading your environment.  Now it seems the project you are working on is not stored in the 'Project' folder of the environment.  We will need you to attach the file associated to the project 'auto_buffer_3'.

The zipped environment you sent again still does not contain the 'auto_buffer_3' project.  We need the project file to be able to open the project and see what's wrong with the panel layout...

We have inserted the image in teh background view of the backplate layout of your project, closed and saved the project, and the image was still there when we openned the project again.

What steps are you taking to insert the image?
