#1 Numbering changes after linking contacts

This contactor is numbered 10K4.

But after linking the contacts, the number of the contactor is changed from 10K4 to 10K0.

There are 2 contactor below eachother, so the 2nd one is 10K41 to 10K01 (this one is on the image)

Everythink linked to is on other pages.

Are we missing something?

Thanks for posting on the forum.

This is normal behaviour depending on in which order you link symbols together.

Are we missing something?

But I am linking to page 11

But I am linking to page 11 and 30 as you can see in the cross references

The page number doesn't matter

That doesn't make a difference, unless we're misunderstanding.

Whatever you link to is the number that will prevail.

The contactor is on page 10,

The contactor is on page 10, column 4. I have a coil op page 30, a NC contact on page 30 and an NC contact on page 11.
the contactor is numbered 10k4. I link the coil, link the NC amd link the NO and then the contactor changes to 10k0.

I don't see where the 0 comes from? What to try?

Hmmm...

Thanks for the explanation. So, just to make sure we understand, you link the symbols on pages 11 and 30 to the power contacts on page 10; i.e. select symbol(s) on pages 11/30, then click Link With, then click the power contacts on page 10? If this is how you are doing it, then the power contacts tag should not change at all. Is this what you're experiencing?

Also, you've mentioned 10k0 twice now, but we only see 10k01 in your screenshot. Do you mean to say 10k01?

In addition, please check the numbering format that contactors use. You're welcome to send us a screenshot of the numbering format settings too.

Thanks for the video

Ah, OK. That certainly doesn't seem like normal behaviour.

Please upload a package of your project so we can take a look.

Here is the project. So

Here is the project. So please look at the contactors on sheet 10. There is also an issue on sheet 10 with the connection points (another thread in the forum). Please also look into it.

Hmmm...

Thanks for your package project. We opened it using an environment you sent us in early February. Unfortunately we were not able to reproduce the contactors changing to 10K0 and 10K01 respectively as shown in your video. We tried using the same version you are using now (V1.2.131) and the latest beta version (V1.2.146). Are you still experiencing this behaviour?

Are you refering to this forum thread? If so, we believe it is solved. Please let us know.

I still experience this behaviour. It is not big, but it is a little bit annoying.

How often does it happen?

Is it only with that project/scenario or does it happen often?

I don't know. I will see in

I don't know. I will see in the future.
