#1 Display Terminal Strip Description in list

When I insert a new terminal (hold shift) I'm presented with this list.

Is there any way to configure SkyCAD to display the description next to the name in the list?

Ie: in the screen shot, display 'Power' next to X10.1?

Would be handy so I don't have to try memorize all the terminal strip numbers.

Maybe there is another way that people use to make selecting the correct strip easier?

Try this

Thanks for posting on the forum.

Yes, it is possible, but you will likely see that change appear in other places too where you wouldn't want it to appear.

There is. Select the two arrows to the left of the terminal strips:

This will expand the properties of all the terminal strip length-ways:

Please let us know if this helps.

Ah yes, of course!

Thanks Jeff!

Because we have so many terminal strips those two arrows aren't visible unless you scroll to halfway in the list. Makes sense, forgot you could do that!

One other thing that would be good feature is when you add a new terminal strip and select its location it highlights or tells you which one was just added. When you have a long list of them it often isn't super obvious which one is the newely created one.

Cheers.

Glad that helped!

Ah, yes. We know exactly what you're talking about. This would be handy indeed.
