Hi,

I wanted to know if there is any way to "Freeze ID" on every component, wire, basically every tag of the project in one operation ?  My point is that if I send my project for built, and when we are half done, the customer want something different in his project.  So I add some more components as requested, but I don't want the automatic numbering to change wires' tags or components' tags that are already done.

Is there actually a way to do this in SkyCAD ?

Enable 'Modify built system' for your project.

Thanks for posting on the forum.

What you need to do is enable the 'Modify built system' state of your project.

You will find more information about it in this other forum topic that addresses the concept.  (More specifically in post #2...)
